IF YOU ARE VALUE YOUR TIME THEN DO NOT BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT AT THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE THE BIGGEST TIME WASTER EVER! Booked my appoint on 08/19. Later they called and rebooked for 09/01. Fine, then on the appointment day one hour before the scheduled time, the guy called and said the tech was sick and need to reschedule my appointment to another day which is then I asked when was the earliest date? he said " September 22nd" At this point, it will takes a whole month just to get 4 freaking tire replaced while they already charged my credit card and everything. I recalled my bad experience at this place last time I was here. However, the tech was apologetic and make it right for me so I let it go hoping this tire center will get better over time but this is the last straw. This BJ location either need to get their management right with their tire center and making improvement or shut it down. I'll take my business to Costco

The service at BJ's was the worst I have ever experienced while trying to ask questions and get help with my car. I am a woman, so I don't know much about these things; I brought in my SUV and specified the make, but I wasn't sure about all the exact specifications, so—feeling a bit embarrassed—I told the employee that I didn't know. The gentleman who assisted me at the counter was arrogant, rude, hostile, and completely lacking in empathy regarding the questions he asked me. In the end, he treated me poorly and told me he couldn't give me any prices; I then asked him what the cost would be with a membership, but he refused to give me that price either. The service was absolutely terrible. I don't usually write reviews like this—after all, everyone can have a bad day—but this man (the one working at the front office counter) is simply too arrogant and rude.

This review is not about the only two employees working at the Tire Center — they were professional, respectful, and clearly doing their best under extreme pressure. My issue is with BJ’s management and staffing decisions. I had a scheduled appointment to replace four tires, yet I waited over four hours for the service. During this entire time, I observed that there were only two employees handling everything: customer reception, check-in, paperwork, tire installation, and all related services. Despite the overwhelming workload, both employees remained professional and polite, and it was obvious they were pushing themselves to the limit. This situation is not fair to them and directly impacts the customer experience. BJ’s management should show more consideration and responsibility. Simply having one additional person dedicated to reception/customer service would make a huge difference and relieve unnecessary pressure from the technicians. Because of poor management and lack of staffing, I am giving BJ’s Tire Center 1 star. However, I give 5 stars to the two employees who handled an impossible situation with professionalism and respect.

Came in with an appointment to get four tires replaced. I checked in, then waited around for an hour before they told me that they were somehow overbooked and I would have to reschedule for a different day. Would have been great if they could have told me sooner before I wasted my afternoon. Did not offer any compensation or other support besides rescheduling the appointment. Not sure if this is worth the deal on tires.

Good service. I got all four tires changed for a great price and free installation. A few weeks later, one of my tires kept losing air over the course of several days. Took it back to them. They gave me an appointment to come back the day after and changed a faulty valve stem free of charge. I'm satisfied so far and will recommend it.
